The Form Recognition Field Card is based on procedures developed by Lawrence W. Macdonald, O.D., and J. Baxter Swartwout, O.D. The card is printed on a paper with visible fibers showing for more structure in the ground. The card includes a fine circle and dot for a central figure, which is more sensitive to a blur, should it occur. In addition, the border provides even more awareness aspects. As the border and edge are noted, awareness of the rest of the room and what is beyond the card becomes apparent. This card can be used not only for form recognition, but also with modified plus acceptance routines and any other procedure which would be enhanced by this type of target and awareness factors. Pack of 100 forms.
